Autism assessment w/ brief report package $800
This package includes the initial intake with complete Biopsychosocial, 3 sessions to conduct a number of assessments, including the comprehensive neuro-affirming Migdas-2 assessment, and a final de-briefing session to deliver your results. A 3-page brief written report summarizing a clinically appropriate diagnosis and assessment results along with a list of helpful supports and resources will be provided.
Autism assessment w/full report & recommended supports letter $1,200
This package includes everything from the previous package plus an additional session for assessment purposes. Additional assessments will be included to more thoroughly identify areas of impact and support needs. An additional 2-3 pages of detailed written report on your assessment results, impacted areas of functioning and implications of the findings along with a personalized 1-page letter of recommended supports will be provided as clinically appropriate.
ADHD & Autism full report w/ support letter(s) $1,600
This package includes the initial intake with complete Biopsychosocial, 4-5 sessions to complete a number of assessments including the comprehensive neuro-affirming Migdas-2, the Diva 2.0 ADHD assessment, the extensive CEFI and the SRS-2 to thoroughly evaluate for both Autism and ADHD, a final de-briefing session to deliver your results, a 5-7 page detailed written report outlining your diagnosis, assessment results, impacted areas of functioning and implications of the findings. Additionally, you will receive 1-2 personalized 1-page letter(s) of recommended supports depending on the findings. Lastly, you will receive an extensive list of helpful ADHD and Autism supports, resources and self-help aids along with a self-care inventory.
Please note, that results may yield a differetial diagnosis from that which was assessed. Accommodation letters and resource lists for the most clinically appropriate diagnosis or diagnoses will still be provided.
